What can I say, I wanted to go fast but it didn’t work out. The swim itself felt great. It was my best morning swim ever. I had a good water feeling and the technique felt great, too. It was just not fast enough to get a second chance this afternoon. I’m a little disappointed since I didn’t go to the Opening Ceremony yesterday in order to get ready for the race. But there’s still a 100m breaststroke on Saturday.
